HPH Hospice (HPH), formerly known as Hernando-Pasco Hospice, offers a bereavement support group for any adult who is grieving over the death of a loved one. The group meets from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. the first and third Thursday of every month at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, 2348 Collier Parkway, Land O'Lakes. Led by a HPH bereavement counselor, the group is offered to any grieving adult at no charge. HPH is a not-for-profit agency that provides care, comfort and support to individuals and families affected by a life-limiting illness in Pasco, Hernando and Citrus counties regardless of their ability to pay. HPH is Pasco County's original hospice and has four team offices, two Hospice Care Centers and two Hospice Houses in Pasco County to serve residents. However, most care takes place in the comfort of wherever one calls home.
